Man pushed in front of subway killed in NYC: Video released A man was pushed in front of a subway train to his death on Monday by a stranger, who is now the subject of a manhunt by police. Surveillance video shows a man with short dreadlocks pushed the 58 year-old man in front of an on-coming subway train after what looked like an argument starting between the two men just seconds before the train came into view. This could have been anyone, suggests CBS News on Monday, Dec. 3, 2012. New York City is a city built on subways and this is a subway rider's worst nightmare. The incident happened around lunch time just blocks from Times Squire at the 49th Street and 7th Avenue subway station. Police have released a new surveillance video in hopes this will help with the search for the man who did this unthinkable act. Ki Suk Han of Elmhurst was pushed onto the tracks just seconds before the southbound R train pulled into the station. Han was crushed in the narrow space between the platform and the train and was alive for the first few moments after being hit by the train. Witnesses said he was "shaking his head up and down." The impact of Han being hit by the train was heard almost a block away, report witnesses. The accident was so disturbing that the subway conductor needed to be taken to the hospital for treatment.
