Whitefish man falls out of window, dies Associated Press

A 62-year-old Whitefish man has died after falling out of a second-story window at his home.

Flathead County Sheriff Chuck Curry says Stuart Milter was found on the ground outside his home by a co-worker after Milter did not show up for work on Nov. 29.

A second-story window was open and the screen was off.

Curry says preliminary autopsy results don't indicate why Milter fell. Officials are awaiting the results of toxicology tests.

Curry says there were no signs of foul play or anything to indicate the fall wasn't accidental.
