	Recreation: 60 West - My plea for stern prosecution. I am still awaiting my meeting with the prosecuting attorney. I have withheld this story till now, but since I made this recreation to show the prosecutor, I decided to post it. The prosecutor was having trouble visualizing in our telephone discussion so I suggested meeting in person to show him with hands and diagrams etc. Our meeting was rain checked due to his schedule so I decided to make an animated recreation in the absence of actual video footage. I finally ordered a camera last week and am waiting on it being delivered. I hope to have video footage for any future incidents. Does anyone have any suggestions on how they think I can improve this for the prosecutor before our meeting? Would you reword anything? Would you change anything about the animation? Timings, scale, speeds, and distances are approximate. My scooter has a 49cc engine. That is on the smallest end of the spectrum for speed and power. The scooter is a motorbike and has all the same road privileges and considerations as a motorcycle with the exception that it is not allowed on interstates because it cannot go fast enough.
