Like me on facebook ? www.facebook.com A paparazzo was pronounced dead yesterday following a tragic accident that occurred while the photographer was trying to capture a picture of Justin Bieber's car over the holiday weekend. Apparently the incident began when authorities pulled over the Biebs' white Ferrari on the 405 Freeway on Tuesday evening. Thinking this was the perfect opportunity to snag some pics of the pop star, 29-year-old Chris Guerra pulled over to take photos. Little did he know that Justin wasn't even present in the vehicle and it was actually his friend, Young Money rapper Lil Twist, who was driving the car. Still unaware that the Biebs wasn't actually in the car, Guerra attempted to cross the street to get a better view of the traffic violation --- but when police instructed Guerra not once but TWICE to return to his vehicle, he was struck by a passing SUV. He was then rushed to UCLA Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead. The Biebs has remained relatively quiet following the tragedy but he did release an official statement in which he says quote, "While I was not present nor directly involved in this tragic accident, my thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim. Hopefully this tragedy will finally inspire meaningful legislation and whatever other necessary steps to protect the lives and safety of celebrities, police officers, innocent public bystanders, and the photographers themselves."
