	28 Killed in Tana River Clashes 28 people were killed in cold blood and scores others injured following an early morning attack on Kipao Village in Tarasaa location, Tana River County. According to survivors close to 200 raiders donning red bandanas attacked the village at around 5am shooting and hacking the villagers indiscriminately before disappearing into the forest.
