	Press Conference re Deborah Biggs Bibb County Commission candidates Mallory Jones and Tom Wagoner, along with Commissioner Joe Allen addressed the killing of 15 dogs, including several puppies and their mother, at the animal shelter July 5. Bibb County took over the shelter July 2. The dogs and puppies were killed July 5, even though the shelter was below capacity.
