	5 Killed In Mandera Clashes 5 people have been killed while 17 others remain unaccounted for following attacks in Mandera early Monday morning. The cross border attacks have been attributed to armed cattle rustlers. Addressing journalists in Nairobi, Mandera Central MP Abdikadir Mohammed said the militia responsible for the attacks was intent on flashing out members from other communities ahead of the forthcoming elections slated for March next year.
