	Teen killed after sticking head out of Bus A security guard on a double decker bus transporting dozens of teenagers to a Sweet 16 birthday party had repeatedly warned the students not to open the hatch. But 16-year-old Daniel Fernandez apparently didn't listen to the warning, and stuck his head out of the bus' hatch yesterday evening. When the bus went under the George Washington bridge overpass, he fatally struck his head.
