	Woman dies of injures in accident An elderly woman has died in a Toronto hospital after being struck by a truck while crossing Alymer Street last Monday. Peterborough Lakefield Police say around 2:30 the 78-year old was walking east on Simcoe when a pickup truck turning onto Aylmer knocked her down. Her injuries did not appear serious at the time but she was transported with internal injuries to Sunnybrook the next day where she died this morning.
