Their opinions are ones that have an impact on a large majority of Runescape players, and to some extent they represent the voice of a lot of players on a large scale. This video is just made as a last ditch attempt to at least get Jagex to think one last time about this update. I'm not against progress in the game, but I feel that this update progresses in a BAD way. I would suggest implementing the update bit by bit, allow people to gradually work into the new system as oppose to throwing it at them and saying 'learn it or quit'. Although I often criticize Runescape, it is a game that I bloody enjoy and have done for years.
