Man Found Murdered In Broad Daylight In Modesto, California

	Man Found Murdered In Broad Daylight In Modesto, California Today just before 2:00 pm the body of a man was found in the alley between Melrose Ave. and Bodem St. near Scenic Dr. by a passerby. The man had been either shot or stabbed and was covered in blood. The passerby called 911 and when police and rescuers arrived on the scene they found that the man was in fact deceased. During their initial investigation police took 3 men into custody from a house near the body however, police say that they do not appear to be connected to the crime and were arrested on unrelated warrants. The deceased man was described as a hispanic male in his 30's . Police are currently interviewing witnesses and collecting other evidence.
