	BREAKING NEWS; MILITARY AIRPLANE CRASH IN SOUTHERN KAZAKHSTAN all on board killed, BAD WEATHER CAUSE A military plane has crashed in southern Kazakhstan killing all 27 people on board, according to senior Kazakh officials. A local TV channel said the aircraft was descending near the city of Shymkent on a flight from Astana. It reported that the Antonov An-72 crashed in bad weather from about 800 metres.
