	15-month-old girl killed by Chapel Hill School bus An eighteen-month-old girl was run over by a Chapel Hill School bus in the 6800 block of Pearl Street on Tuesday afternoon. The girl, Arra Preciabo sneaked through a gate as Arra's mother was opening the gate for another child who had gotten off the school bus, according Texas Department of Public Safety spokeswoman Jean Dark. Preciabo was knocked down by the front tires of the bus and run over by the rear tires. The girl was pronounced dead by Judge Mitch Shamburger, Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4.
