Hundreds were evacuated in Andalucia and here in Murcia after floodwaters tore through streets and homes, bringing down a bridge and sweeping away cars. A young boy and girl found drowned in a car are reportedly among the dead. Four of the victims were in the coastal provinces of Malaga and Almeria - both popular tourist destinations. At least two motorways have been closed and some public transport diverted, with one flight to Malaga redirected to Seville.
