	Man dies after auto-pedestrian crash in South Austin A man is dead after an auto-pedestrian crash in South Austin. It happened just before 9 pm on Saturday near South 1st Street and W. St. Elmo Road. Police say a man walked into the road where he was struck by a vehicle. The man was taken to UMC Brackenridge where he later died. Police have not released the identity of the man.
