	Villagers Dies after Setting off Explosives in Township Government A Chinese villager has died after detonating an explosive inside a government building in eastern Shandong province. Wheelchair-bound Qu Huaqiang set off the home-made explosive on Monday morning local time, at the Tengjia township government building. The blast killed Qu and injured six local officials. After the suicide attack, a will was circulated over China's Internet, reportedly left behind by Qu. He was a construction worker at a state-owned company. In 1994 an industrial accident left him semi-paralyzed. Qu claimed he was forced to set off the explosives, because he had not been able to get compensation from his former employer, and local officials also ignored his appeals.
